I made two appointments to have my hair trimmed and have it styled for my wedding. I got the worst trim ... the lady acted like she was doing me a favor washing my hair, she trimmed my hair and didn't even dry it!!!!! then as i was paying she told the cashier to raise the amount $5!!!! why!!!!!! because I have thick hair!!!! she didn't even dry it!!!! i was in shock!!! two days later i was getting my hair styled with a different lady she didn't know what to do and wanted to just put it in a bun!!!!! luckily my sister was there and did my hair for her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! again i was shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! holy crap that is the worst salon i've ever been too!!!!!! my experiences at supercuts have been better!!! not to mention, my stylist now said "your hair is uneven by at least an inch!"
